In order to continue to provide a high level of customer focus and service to our key customers, we are seeking a Clinical Specialist, Thailand to join our team based in Thailand and reporting to the Business Development Manager, Thailand. This role works to provide clinical expertise and support to Cochlear's key customers in Thailand.
In this customer facing role you'll have the opportunity to leverage your audiology expertise to help more people receive the gift of hearing by supporting multiple clinics. You will build your knowledge of CI and provide clinical support and training, information and advice to clinic teams and key customers on topics such as surgeries, patient candidacy and post-implantation management. You'll also assess in-country capability, develop and implant strategic plans to increase CI penetration and recipient quality of care. You'll know you've been successful in this role when you've helped to build awareness of Cochlear's products, built strong relationships with key accounts, introduced new clinics and helped to achieve the team's goals.

To be successful in the role you will have:
- Minimum 2 years experience in clinical application/development roles, preferably in the hearing field
- Tertiary Qualifications in biomedical sciences (Audiology is preferred)
- Clinical certificate of competency (ASA or equivalent)
- Registration with in-country professional registration board
- Strong interpersonal skills, including influencing, negotiation and relationship management
- Strong customer focus and customer service orientation
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and deadlines
- High level of energy and drive to achieve business outcomes
- Ability to travel
