We are looking for a Quality Manager to provide exceptional operational leadership within a fast paced, highly dynamic environment and across multiple manufacturing sites. The Quality Manager will ensure products are manufactured in conformance with specifications and regulatory requirements, meeting all release requirements before delivery to customers.
As a Quality Manager you will partner with the global quality team in the development of an effective quality management system across different manufacturing sites, to ensure regulatory compliance and continued certification. You will also identify and lead the implementation of improvements to the quality management policies and processes.
As a people manager you will be expected to attract, develop and retain the best team to deliver Cochlear’s current and future business objectives.
