An opportunity is now available for a Marketing Communications Manager to development and implement near-term and mid-term global marketing communications strategies for their portfolio, with support and guidance from the Group Marketing Communications Manager and/or a Senior Marketing Communications Manager.

The Marketing Communications Manager will develop a clear understanding of the needs of Cochlear’s customers and professional partners, as well as the communication and strategic needs of the organisation, in order to drive brand choice and growth for Cochlear.

The Marketing Communications Manager provides expertise, regional support and acts as a marketing communications champion for their portfolio.  The aim is the timely delivery of creative and unique communication tools, for deployment across multiple channels that meet the needs of their intended audiences and, as a result, are utilised extensively by Cochlear's regional and country sales and marketing teams.

In order to be the successful candidate for this role you will need to hold significant experience at a senior marketing level either in a health/technology environment (regulated med devices or pharma) or a software product or service environment, with Regional and/or Global responsibilities.

You will be able to demonstrate strong team work capabilities and stakeholder engagement awareness, including prior experience influencing senior executive leadership teams. You will also demonstrate the ability to understand complex products/services and to identify and assess commercial opportunities.

- Communication strategy realisation.
- Implementation of product/services campaigns across multiple channels.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement capability and agency management
- International and/or global experience.
