This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to join our Global Services department in Sydney. You will partner with customer experience teams across Cochlear supporting the design, development and execution of customer experience initiatives and championing the alignment of customer experience processes, tools and systems.

This role is right for you if you have;

  • Experience as a business analyst within a customer experience / operations focused capacity
  • Experience working with and improving processes and systems in a call center / customer experience / operations environment, ideally within a global or geographically dispersed team
  • Qualifications/certification in Six Sigma, Lean or TQM or equivalent would be an advantage with demonstrated results in improving business processes
  • Worked on a significant process improvement initiative/project focused on customer facing business processes
  • Implemented process improvements with strong system elements, especially with cloud-based systems, ideally Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Worked across countries and cultures to identify, design, develop and implement initiatives that support the delivery of service business growth initiatives
  • Worked with stakeholders to ensure alignment and benefits from internal systems and digital platforms are effectively and consistently implemented
