This is a unique opportunity for an experienced customer focused marketing project manager to join a global company in a truly influential role. This contract role will suit a strong collaborator with a distinct ability to think conceptually. Key to success in this role relies upon the ability to present and effectively communicate complex ideas into clear, articulate proposals whilst building and maintaining influence cross functionally and at all levels of the organisation.  

The Marketing Communications Project Manager (MCPM) is responsible for the scheduling and tracking of product communications and campaign projects. The MCPM is responsible for creating optimised project plans that capture cross-functional interdependencies and which are designed to achieve business objectives and milestones (in collaboration with Communications

Managers, project owners (as defined by the Global Marketing Communications Process) and key Global Marketing and Regional stakeholders). The role is responsible for the Global Marketing Communications Process, including process development, reviews and approvals as well as training and consulting to projects. In addition, the MCPM contributes significantly to initiatives designed to optimise processes, systems and improve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product communications and campaign project planning
  • Product communications and campaign scheduling, tracking and reporting
  • Administering the Global Marketing Communications Process for product communications & campaign projects
  • Product communications & campaign project evaluation & administration
  • Systems, process and operational excellence projects

  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project, Survey Monkey and the Adobe Suite

Ideal:

  • Experience in a marketing environment, undertaking communication material development and project co-ordination
  • Marketing, Business or Communications experience and qualifications
  • Coordination qualifications, or experience
  • Understanding and experience of working in projects
  • A good knowledge of the translation and graphic design process
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
