This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Change Manager to work in our IT department at Global HQ in Sydney, Australia within a fixed term contract. You will be reporting into the IT Change Practice and will be tasked to work collaboratively with project teams to assist in the implementation of the Digital Refresh Program of work. You will have the opportunity to liaison with business users to assist in their transition to new systems as well as identifying anticipated points of resistance.
In this role there is a high dependency on people (in geographically dispersed locations) knowing about and utilise and adopt new systems and processes.
In the current phase of Digital Refresh (PH2) there are 3 key streams, 1) Implementation of Content Management system, 2) implementation of Digital Asset management system and 3) rolling out the website with appropriate content to the Focus 850 countries.
All these streams require extensive stakeholder engagement, education and enable the adoption of systems and processes to ensure Cochlear reaps the benefits of the investment on our improved digital platform.
The Senior Change Manager role provides responsibility for managing organisational change in the context of project execution where you will work as part of a project team to formulate and deliver organisational change initiatives to create value and positive outcomes for Cochlear.

- Strong enterprise applications background, with an ability to grasp the big picture
- Ability to influence while managing strong stakeholder relations in geographically dispersed locations (Europe, Asia Pacific and USA)
Working knowledge of best practice change and communications approaches and
demonstrated success of the implementation of these
- Ideally, have postgraduate studies and experience working in a medical devices or health care regulated environment
