The Global Marketing team has a permanent part-time opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a collaborative and inclusive team working 3 days a week.

This role is responsible for supporting the translation teams to manage the translations for Global Marketing. You will assist with planning, coordinating reviews, reviewing print proofs and initial print deliveries, producing procurement specifications and introducing marketing artwork into corporate content and parts management systems.

The position require's a high proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables and basic fomula's) to track and analyse the status of work, produce monthly reports, complete quality assurance checks on translated content and maintain/create spreadsheets of parts information.

Due to the nature of the work its imperative that you have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a complex working environment.

The administration coordinator is expected to be the subject matter expert in the parts management system. This includes representing Global Marketing’s requirements in system upgrades, building and delivering training materials for the Marketing team on the parts management system, and championing the use of the system. You must have working knowledge with document management systems, workflow tools and software.

General duties will include raising PO's, tracking vendor spend and managing calendars for a small team.

To be successful in this role you will need to have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team and be solution focused. An excellent command of written and spoken written English is essential to effectively engage with stakeholders across the business.
