A new opportunity has now become available for a Senior Change Manager to partner with the business and proactively manage organisational change in the context of project execution. The Senior Change Manager work as part of a project team to formulate and deliver organisational change initiatives to ensure that the impact of the project provides positive change to Cochlear. This role will allow you to formulating change management strategies and plans ensuring stakeholders’ objectives are aligned.
Part of your responsibilities will include yet not be limited to:
•Establishing how the different groups will be impacted and developing a strategy to smooth their transition to new systems as well as identifying anticipated points of resistance and developing specific plans to mitigate or address these concerns
•Developing and communicating messages and documentation at various stages throughout projects
•Conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, preparing reports and keeping Senior Managers up to date with the progress, issues and developments in change activities
•Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes
•Conduct a training needs analysis and manage the delivery of training (and/or training materials) required by end users
•Analyse the progress of the training activity (planning, development and delivery) to identify any corrective action or risks. Work with the Project Manager and Project Owners/Sponsors to address
•Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure appropriate communication with staff affected by change to maintain morale and support for change
•Manage project communication websites and other change communication systems
In order to be the successful candidate for this role you will need to hold:
•Degree qualified in an organisational change related study, with relevant project-related experience
•At least 5 years’ experience as Senior Change Manager
•Experience in Sales Force or related CRM implementation
•Experience is delivering change initiatives across global organisations, international project exposure – proven experience working with stakeholder across time zones and countries globally.
•Strong enterprise applications background, with an ability to grasp the big picture
•Experience in IT and information systems project implementations and the change impact of these on the organisation
•Project planning and specification skills, together with problem solving and analysis
•Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting and facilitating
•Postgraduate studies at MBA or Master of Commerce and Information Management will be highly regarded
•Experience working in a medical devices or health care regulatory environment will be highly regarded
