About the role:
In order to support cochlear implant recipients, we are recruiting for a Recipient Services Part-Time Marketing Assistant in our Americas head office based in Centennial.
To be successful in this role you’ll be able to develop marketing content and collateral that helps to improve the customer experience, increases engagement and grows our service business. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams locally to understand our customers needs and develop engaging content to help educate them and provide information on our services.
In this role you'll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to Cochlear's successful history of innovation by applying your creative and project management skills. You’ll know you’ve been successful in this role when you produce engaging content that helps to educate our recipients and increases customer engagement.
- Writing newsletter articles, blogs, social posts, email campaigns, etc.
- Project manage campaigns through the marketing approval process.
- Developing recipient support materials and presentations.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organization, time management, and planning skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to adapt and work in fast paced environment.
- Ability to work 10-14 hours per week.
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or other closely related fields
