Are you looking for a position where you can help someone with hearing loss get the answers they can't find anywhere else?
We are recruiting for a Customer Support Specialist to help our candidates along in their journey to find a hearing solution! This position is based in our Americas head office based in Lone Tree, CO.
To be successful in this role you’ll be able to provide candidates with world class service, guiding them through the process of taking the next steps on their hearing journey. You’ll work collaboratively with our Direct to Consumer Marketing team as well as the Regional Concierge Team to identify and engage with cochlear implant candidates.
Key responsibilities include educating candidates about the benefits of implantable hearing solutions, answering general inquiries, triaging candidate lead quality through dialogue with the customer and motivating candidates to take the next step in their hearing journey.
- Prior telephone customer service experience
- “Inside Sales” experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with the hearing impaired
- Positive phone demeanor and proven ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
