We are actively looking for a Technical Communications Project Manager to join our highly specialised Technical Communications team within Global Regulatory Affairs based at Macquarie Park.

 

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Technical Communications Manager, this role leads and coordinates projects associated with the creation and maintenance of regulated written documentation that is essential in the development and ongoing certification of our products throughout their lifecycle such as physician guides, recipient guides, eHelp and product labels.

 

Critical to your success will be your ability to thrive in our highly regulated, environment, with the ability to prioritise multiple sets of simultaneous deliverables, while building partnerships with key stakeholders across engineering, marketing, clinical, manufacturing and supply functions.

 

About you

Tertiary qualifications in communications, science, medical, engineering fields and/or significant experience in the project management of technical documentation. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, you have proven experience managing end to end documentation projects including the ability to plan workload and accurately estimate effort and timelines.  

 

Practical experience using tools to track project status, manage end-to-end documentation workflows including project briefing, change tracking and authorising documents. You will also have demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements to help streamline workflow and apply best practice.

 

Capability to proactively facilitate cross functional collaboration and hold to account a complex matrix of stakeholders.
