This is a new role reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor and will be required to be on site in Addlestone daily. To be successful in this role, you will already have pick slip management experience, a strong attention to detail and have worked to tight deadlines, with a high level of integrity and professionalism. You will own this process daily, prioritising according to KPI parameters and being that first point of contact for orders, whilst supporting the picking team.
You will be required to produce daily order status reports, therefore your communication skills will need to be strong and effective in managing expectations of your stakeholders. Knowledge of using Sales Force will be an advantage, as you will be required to investigate complaints, support case management, and respond to customer service requests using this system in a timely and responsive manner.
This role has scope for further development and personal growth to build on existing skills. We want you to bring your picking and packing experience and ideas of continuous improvement to advance our process methods, deliverables, and quality responsibilities.
