 About the role

As Cochlear continues to grow and service our customers, we are recruiting for an Product Marketing Manager in our Americas head office based in Lone Tree, CO. This role offers a hybrid work environment with a combination of in-office and remote work from home.

In alignment with our organizational principle of providing a safe work environment, employees of Cochlear are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be successful in this role you’ll be able to ensure Cochlear’s bone conduction revenue goals and customer satisfaction goals are met throughout the product lifecycle.  You’ll work collaboratively with external professional partners and internal stakeholders including global marketing, regional sales, recipient services, customer experience, operations, and your team to manage and market bone conduction products with unique positioning in a growing market. This team role is responsible for product management related activities and execution for the marketing strategy and tactics for products in the Cochlear bone conduction product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of commercial introduction and sustaining strategy, prioritizing product and customer requirements.
  • Perform market analysis including competitive analysis, managing cross-functional launch and commercial post market surveillance activities.
  • Lead coordination of cross functional launch teams including representatives from Sales, Reimbursement Services, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance.
  • Partner with Global Marketing to manage product launch logistics, promotional messaging, and marketing deliverables for the Americas Region, ensuring appropriate positioning and messaging by channel and customer.
  • Manage the product lifecycle of bone conduction within the Cochlear Americas market.

Key Requirements

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:

  • BS/BA degree required.
  • 5 years product marketing management experience including 2+ years’ experience in the hearing health or medical device industry required. 
  • Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to manage projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities.
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, resourceful, and demonstrates effectiveness in making decisions.
  • Proven ability to interact with customers and colleagues
  • Must be an excellent team player.
  • This position requires creativity, ability to “think outside the box” and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Candidate must have strong computer skills including experience with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and the Internet.
  • Able to travel (up to 30%) including nights and weekends.
  • Relocation available for qualified candidates.

In addition to the opportunity to develop your knowledge and grow professionally, we offer competitive wages and benefits.  The Target Salary Range $95,000 - $105,000 is based upon experience as well as short-term incentive of 12% of base salary.
