In order to help Cochlear improve operational efficiency, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Associate based in our new warehouse location in Centennial, CO.
In alignment with our organizational principle of providing a safe work environment, and in order to comply with new requirements for contractors of the Federal Government, all US-based employees of Cochlear Americas are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be successful in this role you’ll be able to fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately. You’ll work with the Operations team to receive inbound shipments and stock product in appropriate locations, pick items from stock locations to fill customer orders, and transact and ship customer orders in a timely manner according to established procedures.
This role is responsible for enhancing the customer experience of both cochlear implant clinics and our recipients!
- Pick and pack small medical device items for shipment across the country
- Ship customer orders in a timely manner
- Stock products in appropriate locations
To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your application and at interview:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to position and use warehouse ladders, hand carts, and electric pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail
- Fulfillment, shipping and/or mailroom experience is preferred

Target Salary Rate : $18.00/hour as well as a bonus of 5% of base salary.
