The Opportunity

We have a role for a Storeperson (warehouse, logistics) to join our Lane Cove manufacturing and logistics department. You will be responsible for performing general warehouse such as preparing kits , receiving, packing and shipping of our hearing devices.

Your responsibilities will be…

  • Picking and packing parts for manufacturing as per kits
  • Delivering to manufacturing area as per issued kits
  • Attending to customer service requests
  • Receiving products in warehouse
  • Data entry in Oracle database
  • Delivering products to other departments
  • Visual inspections of receivables 
  • Maintain stock accuracy in the system
  • Ship products to various regions globally as per sales orders on a daily basis and maintain customer service level to regions
  • Prepare implants for packing, including labelling

About you


  • School leaving certificate
  • Experience in a warehouse environment, with understanding of processes and requirements
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Awareness and compliance to WH&S principles


  • Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Maxim etc.)
  • Full Driver’s license and ability to drive a manual vehicle
