The Role

Working in our Global Change Practice, this is a great opportunity for a dedicated Change Analyst, to support change delivery on a key strategic project focused on creating global consistency, enhancing user experience and ensuring change adoption and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include a focus on the provision of logistical and administrative support, data analysis and trend identification, maintenance and management of project communication content and platforms, and the organisation of key stakeholder engagement activities.

About you

  • Existing Change Analyst or Business Analyst with desire to grow and build your skills.
  • Organised self-starter - capable of multitasking and navigating competing deadlines and following-through.
  • Tech savvy, with strong IT systems capability and experience – especially in Microsoft suite of products and project management tools including Confluence and PowerPoint presentations. 
  • Strong analytical skills (including data collation and analysis) with desire to deliver to a high-quality standard.
  • Sound communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to present information in a creative, clear, consistent and accessible way.
  • Team player, with desire and willingness to take direction and work as part of a global project delivery team.
  • Experience in the development of training materials or in managing training logistics will be highly regarded.
