About the role
In order to help Cochlear improve organizational effectiveness, we are recruiting for an Associate Talent Development Program Manager in our Americas head office with a preference for office based in Lone Tree, CO.

To be successful in this role you’ll be able to manage and maintain the various onboarding curriculums for the various sales roles in the organization. You’ll work collaboratively with people & culture, sales, clinical, and marketing to effectively support the onboarding and continued development of our sales organization. This associate program manager role is responsible for ensuring our new sales employees receive the necessary train to perform successfully in their roles.
- Maintain and coordinate sales onboarding training programs, including some facilitation
- Collaborate with necessary business units to ensure timely delivery of training programs
- Identify and prioritize gaps in training and work with applicable departments to quickly close them
- Provide feedback on new hire/trainee development and progress throughout the program
- Deliver assessments and collate feedback to share with sales leadership
- Implement iterative changes to course design and development based upon needs of the business and learners

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in facilitation, process improvement, project management, or content management.
- 1-2 years’ experience in program management
- Experience or knowledge in adult learning theory
- Ability to work in a leadership role without direct reporting responsibilities; ability to lead by influence.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train personnel.
- Ability to prepare and execute presentations to others.

Regular Business Hours with occasional off hours global meetings and extended hours when supporting annual sales meeting or other major initiatives

Target Salary Range $71,500 - $80,000 as well as a bonus of 4% of base salary
