About the Role:

The Digital Analytics Implementation Manager is a subject matter expert for technical implementation and maintenance of digital analytics infrastructure. This strategic role will combine the implementation of best practice digital tracking methodologies with technical leadership of Google Analytics tools within cross functional squads. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Championing digital analytics best practices across the different parts of business and contribute towards enhancement of overall digital analytics capability
  • Research and implement the latest digital analytics technologies and methodologies 
  • Provide strategic technical and tactical implementation inputs to global and regional teams towards the development of digital analytics capability and roadmap at Cochlear
  • Project-manage the implementation of GA4, app analytics and similar digital analytics improvement initiatives
  • Independently manage stakeholders like in-country marketing managers, external vendor agencies, internal privacy and IT security teams for regular maintenance and enhancement of measurement and optimisation capability at Cochlear

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, information systems, computer science, mathematics or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience within Marketing Analytics
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other GA360 products
  • Advanced skills in tag management, website and marketing analytics tools
  • Demonstrated experience with floodlight (or other media) tag management and deployment. Understanding of javascript, data layer and tagging approaches across digital assets, including mobile applications
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Tag Manager and non-standard implementations (JavaScript/CSS)
  • Demonstrated experience with data visualisation tools like Google Data Studio or Tableau
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
