About the role

As Cochlear continues to grow and service our customers, we are recruiting for a Services and Marketing Specialist in our Americas head office based in Lone Tree, CO. This role offers a hybrid work environment with a combination of in-office and remote work from home.

In alignment with our organizational principle of providing a safe work environment, employees of Cochlear are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be successful in this role you’ll be able to support the Recipient Services Marketing team with the marketing approval process. This role is responsible for uploading marketing content into Workfront, overseeing CRB and managing applicable follow ups as well us uploading final documents into Master Control. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the submission, monitoring, and approval of all content (e.g. print, digital, email, video, social posts, blogs, PowerPoint decks, assist in regionalization of Global Content Bank content for use in the CAM region, etc.) through the regional Workfront and Master Control process for the Recipient Services Marketing team.
  • Managing the CAM CRB and Master Control review process for surveys and/or other research content deployed by Cochlear Conversation research team and other global approval needs as identified.
  • Writing and curating talk tracks and knowledge base articles to support the CX team’s understanding of marketing activities.
  • Coordinating and managing all upgrade (and other services) order forms including coordination of needed translations.
  • Collaborating with Marketing Managers on the planning of Recipient Services social calendar and representing the team in monthly CAM social meetings. Gathering assigned content from the team, gaining appropriate approvals, and uploading content into the Khoros planning tool for approval and/or WordPress to meet designated timelines.
  • Works cross functionally to develop identified content needs that may include social posts, blogs, collateral, etc. Manages all content through the approval process.
  • Facilitating the translation process for Recipient Services content and insuring estimates are collected and approved by the appropriate manager ensuring we deliver on our designated budget spends and invoicing is delivered by month end due dates.
  • Works effectively within the Marketing environment as a liaison between Project Owners, and Shared Services, Regulatory, Clinical and Legal.
  • Other duties as required that are integral to supporting the Recipient Services and Operations team objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience           
  • 3+ Years of Experience                                                                                                      
  • 2+ years professional experience in a customer-centric, Marketing role preferred. 
  • Strong organizational ability to manage projects and conflicting priorities and deadlines. 
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, matrixed teams.

In addition to the opportunity to develop your knowledge and grow professionally, we offer competitive wages and benefits.  The Target Salary Range: $64,000 – $71,000 based upon experience as well as a bonus of 7.5% of base salary.
