We are looking for an experienced Program Coordinator (PC) to support the People & Culture (P&C) transformation program teams on a permanent full time basis.

Sage is the name given to Cochlear’s global Customer Domain transformation program.

As the Program Coordinator (PC) for Sage you will report into the Sage Program Manager and you will be collaborating with the Sage Program Leadership team, Delivery Managers, Product Owners, program's implementation partners and other members of the team.

Your focus will be on assisting program leaders with administrative tasks and reports according to the project management processes, standards and compliance in place.

Key Accountabilities:

Key tasks to enable the successful program delivery on time, within budget and scope and to the expected benefits in accordance with the company’s project framework, governance guidelines and PPM administration are:

  • Program and project/workstream task & deliverables management
  • Managing program costs
  • RAID management
  • Data analysis and reporting
  • Scheduling meetings and events.
  • Monitoring project budget and tracking expenditures/transactions.
  • Supporting the resource management process including onboarding, offboarding and induction.
  • Maintaining program documentation repository
  • Organise and support key meetings and workshops including invites, room bookings, catering, attendance, minutes, and actions
  • Provide support for the management of program finances including travel costs, requisition, purchase order, invoice management.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working in medium-large organisations in a similar role
  • Experience in the coordination of program delivery including financial management, reporting, RAID, resource management, meeting management and project documentation management
  • Experience in working with project lifecycles and project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization and across functional disciplines
  • Skilled in the use of PPM (project management tools), Excel and Tableau, MS Teams, JIRA, and Confluence
  • Entry level qualification with AIPM or PMI will be favourable
