The Role


The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient functioning of the UK office, managing a fully repairing lease commitment, HSE responsibilities and a range of administrative and financial tasks, including Opex and Capex budget control and office related procurement.


The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with others across a range of activities, who is able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


Main Accountabilities:

  • Maintain accurate records relating to the safe running of the UK office.
  • Manage the team of third-party Receptionists.
  • Identify and implement areas of improvement throughout the office.
  • Maintain office standards.
  • General administrative tasks for EMEA Head of Finance and EMEA General Counsel.
