Resposanbilities:

  • Perform financial analysis, build business cases, and determine customer segmentation.
  • Evaluate appropriate positioning and messaging by channel and customer.
  • Create and disseminate Sound Processors and Connectivity product related market announcements.
  • Support development of communications to market for Sound Processors and Connectivity product issue mitigation.
  • Lead coordination of a cross-functional Sound Processors and Connectivity launch team including representatives from Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulator Affairs, Finances, Logistics, Customer Service and Quality.
  • Partner with Global Marketing to manage Sound Processors and Connectivity product launch logistics, promotional messaging, and marketing deliverables for the Latin America Region.
  • Develop and execute on an integrated marketing plan in cooperation with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Responsible for creation and ownership of Sound Processors and Connectivity Product Launch Plans (PLPs).
  • Project Manager and Project Lead for Sound Processors and Connectivity product launches and campaigns.
  • Post-launch follows up, measurement, lessons learned and issue mitigation.
  • Determine Sound Processors and Connectivity product launch and obsolescence timing.
  • Lead Sound Processors and Connectivity portfolio optimization efforts and product discontinuances.
  • Support development of pricing strategy.
  • Support development of annual Strategic Marketing Plan for Sound Processors and Connectivity product.
  • Communicate Sound Processors and Connectivity product changes and issues to internal stakeholders.
  • Create and disseminate messaging and FAQ documents to customer facing personnel in response to market events.
  • Serve as the technical and commercial expert for all aspects related to the Sound Processors and Connectivity portfolio.
  • Assess training needs / requirements in the markets and partner with the Clinical / Technical teams to ensure effective delivery to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and train Sound Processors and Connectivity product promotional field plays and messaging guides.
  • Provide Sound Processors and Connectivity product training during internal and external meetings.
  • Collect competitive intelligence and communicate information internally.
  • Continuously monitor marketplace for relevant trends, company news and industry changes.
  • Communicate competitive tactics internally to key stakeholders.
  • Consolidate competitive intelligence to inform the annual strategic planning process.
  • Conduct voice of customer (VOC), brand awareness, message testing, market sizing and other market research.
  • Regularly accompany field representatives to customer visits and attend relevant professional meetings.
  • Synthesize market research findings to inform product development, strategic planning, and promotional tactics.

Requirements:

Minimum:

  • Graduate qualifications in marketing, business, science or engineering related degree.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in business, engineering, or management; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of product management / revenue generating projects / services management; preferably in health care or prescription products.
  • Demonstrated ability to identity business opportunities and utilize business tools to model process improvement and profitability.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Achievement oriented with a strong attention to detail.
  • Outstanding business acumen.
  • Enthusiasm – willingness to go above and beyond what’s required.
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese highly desirable.

 

Ideal

  • Business development, commercial and Business Intelligence experience in Health Care will be viewed favorably.
  • Latin America environment experience.
  • Experience in online product applications management, CRM and Data/Trend Analysis.
