• Accountability 主要职责1:  

Responsible to ensure facilities and utilities operation and maintenance activities comply with quality requirement in medical field. Have clear understanding on managing equipment status, work order generation and closing process.

负责保证生产设施和洁净动力设备的运行状况和维护维修活动符合医疗行业的质量要求。对设备的状态管理，工单生成发放和关闭的流程有清楚的了解；

• Accountability主要职责 2: 

Responsible for change and improve for cleanroom facilities and utilities. Able to independently complete user requirement collection, implement change management and Tool Record setting up process.

负责洁净室等生产设施和洁净动力设施的变更和改进。能够独立完成用户需求收集，实施变更管理和工具记录生成的完整程序.

• Accountability主要职责 3:

Responsible for the documentation and records management of facilities, equipment and soft services.

负责厂务设施设备、软服务相关体系文件和记录的维护和管理

• Accountability主要职责 4:  

Give support to facilities department in preparation of audits organized by authorized part, clients and internal organization. Act like qualified internal auditor to help facilities department to improve their work.

支持厂务部在行业主管部门、客户和公司内部组织的各项质量审计中的迎审活动，能够作为合格的内审员帮助厂务部门改善工作；

• Accountability主要职责 5: 

Support needs from manufacturing department and manufacturing supporting team. Meet manufacturing department and manufacturing supporting team’s requirement to make adequate adjustment on facilities and utilities and to comply with quality management system

支持生产制造部门和工艺部门的需求。按照生产制造部门和工艺部门的需求对设施和动力设备做相应的调整并符合质量体系的要求

• Accountability 主要职责6: 

Manage facilities and utilities contractor. Provide them guidance, optimize process, and improve efficiency, conduct KPI. Complete other works assigned by line manager. 管理设施动力系统承包商。对供应商提供指导，优化流程，提高效率并进行绩效管理, 以及完成上级经理指派的其他工作
