Team Leader Kuala Lumpur
The purpose of the Repairs Team Lead is to manage and coordinate a team of Repair Technicians in the Global Repair Centre (GRC). This role is responsible for line balancing, maintaining accurate training records of Repair Technicians and providing work direction to the team to ensure repair targets are met. The Team Lead also performs the final inspection and signoff for the quality assurance of repaired and reassembled product for release back to the regions.
